Details we handle

An enquiry gives us the name, email and message you submit. An order adds the chosen items, address and contact details needed for delivery and after-sales help. Our payment provider processes payment information; full card details are not stored on this website. The site may also collect basic technical and page-use information.

How we use it

We use your details to send order updates, arrange delivery, answer questions and handle returns or faults. We only send marketing if you have opted in. We do not sell personal information.

Services and storage

Hosting, payment and delivery services receive the details needed to perform their roles. Order and enquiry records are retained for support and relevant business obligations, then deleted or de-identified when no longer needed.

Access, correction or a concern

Email hello@salonscissors.com.au to ask for access to your information, request a correction or make a privacy complaint. Tell us enough to identify the order or enquiry, and we will review and respond. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if your concern is unresolved.
