What length should I start with?

Convex cutter or thinner?
A convex cutter handles the line and shape. A thinner has a toothed blade for selective blending and weight removal.
Do you have left-handed choices?

Ordering
What payment methods do you take?
Checkout shows the methods currently available for your order. Product prices are in AUD.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on scissor orders. Express costs an extra $9 where available.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes. Online checkout currently accepts Australian addresses only. Use our contact form with your destination and the scissors you want; we'll explain how to order.
When will I get tracking?
We send dispatch details and tracking when the carrier provides it.
Care and returns
How do I care for salon scissors?
Wipe away hair and moisture, keep the pivot clean and store the scissors dry. Follow the maker’s instructions for oil and tension.
Can I change size after ordering?
Contact us promptly with the order number. For an item already delivered, see the Returns page before sending it back.
What if there is a fault?
Contact us with the order number, model and photos. The Warranty page has the current process.
