SalonScissors.com.au sells professional scissors and related tools through this website. The selected product listing, checkout total and these terms describe your order.

Choosing and paying

Check the size, hand and contents of the selected variant before payment. Prices are in AUD. Checkout displays available payment methods and the complete total, including any delivery charge. If stock or a recorded price is wrong, we will contact you about the options and refund a cancelled order.

Shipping

We send orders in Australia and internationally. Standard shipping is free when your order includes scissors; express adds $9 where offered. Online checkout currently accepts Australian addresses with standard delivery. Contact us before ordering for international or express service; the Shipping page explains how.

Returns and faults

Our Returns page explains change-of-mind conditions and how to request a different size or model. Send the order number before posting an item back. A product fault is handled separately, and Australian Consumer Law rights are not limited by this policy.

The site’s buying and care content is general guidance. Use the product specification and maker instructions for your exact model. Original writing and images belong to their respective rights holders and should not be republished without permission.
