Is your pair genuine?
Match the model and markings to the maker’s own pages and keep your paperwork. If anything looks different, send us photos and your order number before you use the pair.
Match the model
Compare the brand, model, size and handle on the pair with the listing and with the maker’s own model page.
Check the markings
Look at the engraving, the finish and any serial number. Makers mark their scissors differently, so compare with the maker’s photos, not another brand’s.
Keep the paperwork
Keep your order confirmation, the box and any warranty card. You’ll want them for warranty or sharpening support.
Ask the maker about dealers
Only the maker can tell you who its authorised dealers are. A logo on a shop doesn’t tell you.
