How to change an unused scissor or raise a problem with your order.
A different size or model
If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Keep the scissors unused, in original packaging, with their included items. Send the order number and the size or model you would prefer.
What happens next
We will send return instructions and explain the available exchange or refund path. Please do not send a scissor back before contacting us.
A faulty item
A product problem is a separate enquiry from a change of mind. Send your order details and photos; we will explain the next step. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected. Read more about consumer rights.
