How many scissors should I keep at my station?

Your main cutter, a thinner if you use one, and a backup cutter. Add a specialist pair only when one job keeps fighting your main pair.

Where should scissors rest between clients?

Closed, in a slot, pouch or case, where they can’t knock against combs, clips or other scissors.

Will a different handle stop my wrist hurting?

We can’t promise that, and no handle is a treatment. A new layout changes where your thumb, wrist and elbow sit, so try it before you commit, and see a health professional about ongoing pain.
