The Apex cutter’s reinforced tip gives you a dedicated tool for line finishing and point work. The second scissor adds texture. Choose 5.5, 6.0 or 6.5 inches for both, then select Finesse, Blend or Sculpture to suit the finish you want. Try the chosen texturiser on a small section before using it across a cut.
