The Design Master 30-tooth thinner sits between the line’s wider 15-tooth texturiser and finer 38-tooth option. Use it to soften a perimeter or take measured weight from layers, starting with a small test section.
It is one 6.0-inch, right-handed shear with a satin finish and offset handle. Clear hair from the teeth after cutting and store the tool separately from your cutter.
