Classic cutter, offset thinner
This pair deliberately mixes handles. The cutter has a traditional grip and comes in selected lengths from 4.5 to 6.0 inches. The 6.0-inch thinner uses an offset handle and offers 16, 20, 30 or 40 teeth.
Choose the cutter for your usual section size, then pick the thinner pattern for your blending work. The two tools will not feel identical in hand; check that handle pairing suits the way you work before checkout.
